Even though Pakistan is already eligible for the 2018 hockey World Cup to be held in India, PHF has also brought changes in the management and selection committee.
Pakistan will be favorites in the tournament because it is the second most popular champion in the history of Asia Cup, with all three victories in South Korea, who have won four prestigious titles.
